Motorhome Hire Prices
Motorhome hire prices are the same for all vehicle types and include all gas use and insurance for two drivers (see below), for a fully equipped 2015 0r 2016 motorhome

A non refundable deposit of £200 per booking is required, which will be deducted from the final payment. Full payment is required 30 days before the date of hire. A damage excess of £750 is payable, fully refundable on the safe return of the vehicle at the agreed time and date. Please ask to see our terms and conditions for more details.
Unlike many motorhome hire companies, we don’t charge extra for picnic equipment, optional sat nav (let us know if you need one), or bike rack. The motorhome hire charge also includes insurance for 2 drivers (see below). Please see FAQs for optional extras like bedlinen and child seats.
Please note we do not take pets. Whilst we are dog lovers ourselves, many people have allergies, which means we are unable to allow pets in our motorhomes.
We can arrange for bike hire from our local specialist bike shop for £40 per week per bike.
Within our standard rate, our insurance company covers insurance for up to two drivers aged 23 – 75, with a full clean driving license (held for more than 2 years), no accidents or claims in the last 3 years, or convictions in the last 5 years, for travel within mainland UK (including Scottish islands). We can arrange insurance cover for additional drivers, or those with penalty points, or recent accidents or convictions, or for travel outside the UK, but there may be an additional charge for this. Please contact us for details. When you book, we’ll need to see the following (copies in advance, originals on the day) : The driving license for all drivers. From the main hirer, two of : A recent utility bill, a bank or mortgage statement, Council tax statement. Please contact us if you wish to use another form of ID. Our insurance does not cover personal belongings or trip cancellation cover. We recommend you arrange personal travel insurance. Please ask for our terms and conditions for more details. There are a number of companies who will provide a motorhome excess insurance policy which can be used to reduce the £750 excess liability but must be booked directly with them before the hire commences.
